When I tried this bar originally I thought it was very delicious, but perhaps a little too crunchy. Now that my tastebuds are a bit more refined to healthier fare and less to the ‘guilt’ foods (like my infamous mocha Frappuccino), I happen to love these as a snack midafternoon to carry me through until dinner. They are very nutrient dense, unprocessed and from what I can tell, low-glycemic. If you eat this on an empty stomach it should pass through within 2 hours or so. Emotionally and physically satisfying for us snacky types. I also love that its two moms that started the company because they realized that kids foods is usually highly processed and toxic. Way to go ladies.
