Raw Blueberry Lemon Protein Truffles

INGREDIENTS

  1. 2 scoops vanilla raw vegan protein powder (I like Sunwarrior)
  2. 1/4 tsp salt
  3. 1/2 cup unsweetened shredded coconut
  4. 1/3 cup lemon juice
  5. 1tsp. lemon zest
  6. 2 Tbs. coconut oil
  7. 1 tsp. lemon extract
  8. 1/4 cup dried blueberries

DIRECTIONS

  1. Mix all dry ingredients together. Stir wet ingredients into dry mixture and mix until fully incorporated. Fold in lemon zest and blueberries. Roll into 1-inch balls and place on parchment paper. Refrigerate for 20 minutes. Enjoy 2!

This smoothie is such a powerhouse of nutrients! With alkaline and vegan protein powder fruit, and an array of super foods, this smoothie is a delicious and slimming way to start your day

INGREDIENTS

  1. 1 cup unsweetened almond milk
  2. 1/2 banana
  3. 1/2 packet unsweetened frozen acai packet or 1/2 cup blueberries
  4. 1 scoop raw vegan protein powder ( I love Sunwarrior)
  5. 1 tsp. maca powder
  6. 1 tsp. Vitamineral Greens or other green powder
  7. 1 tsp. Earth Minerals (Health Force Brand)
  8. 1 tsp. bee pollen
  9. 1 tsp. hemp seeds
  10. 1 tsp. chia seeds
  11. 2 packets Truvia
  12. Ice cubes (optional)

DIRECTIONS

  1. Place all ingredients in a blender and blend until deliciously creamy!

This is so darn simple. Blend half frozen, half room temp bananas in a high speed blender. That’s it. I can make 5-10 banana smoothies for lunch and feel amazing afterwards! Add 1/2 to 1 cup berries for additional phytonutrients and flavor. The one in the photo is what some people call Banana milk or they’ll add slice banana for banana cereal but I generally keep it simple and just make a smoothie or bowl of ice cream.
