The Recipe

The maca in this recipe adds a little extra fertility nutrition to this recipe. No-fat, vegan, raw and delicious, this is a very clean recipe that you can add to coconut or almond milk yogurt and customize with your own add-ins like goji berries, cacao, raisins, hemp seeds and other goodies of your choice. Remember! Peanuts are very mucus-forming, and if you’re going to soak nuts and seeds, dehydrate the mixture after mixing the ingredients to make sure it stays edible for longer.


  1. 1 cup oats
  2. 10 dates
  3. 1 T. Maca


  1. Place all ingredients in a food processor and blend until you achieve a chunky consistency. If you are adding other things, transfer the mixture to a bowl and fold those in with a rubber spatula. Refrigerate and enjoy for up to 5 days.
