This is my first video. It isn’t ‘professional’ or staged as is quite obvious, and I will be adding more along these lines simply because it is a way I can communicate my findings. I hope you can enjoy it and possibly relate.
A Personal Note on Fasting
Unlimited juice and fruit fasting today, with a few nuts for lunch Feels amazing already. I’ve never taken on a fast as I’ve never before really felt the need to, hence the nuts at some point today and unlimited aspect of the juice and fruit, but it’s only noon on juice and I feel downright amazing. In days leading up to this I’ve been eating increasingly purer foods and […]
I haven’t done a recommendation in awhile, and figured I would do one this time as I do love this book and use it almost daily. A lot of my work is inspired by Natalia Rose, and though there are a few qualms I do have with her theories, I do love her recipes! I have made dozens of these already, and have made the Cauliflower Pizza Crust with Matsbucha Sauce for myself, and […]
That’s Valentino behind the bar, my sister Katheryn’s pekingese dog who I LOVE
When I tried this bar originally I thought it was very delicious, but perhaps a little too crunchy. Now that my tastebuds are a bit more refined to healthier fare and less to the ‘guilt’ foods (like my infamous mocha Frappuccino), I happen to love these as a snack midafternoon to carry me through until dinner. They are very nutrient dense, unprocessed […]
When I went to visit my friend Mike on Waiheke Island (off of Auckland, New Zealand), I was very pleasantly surprised when we went to a little organic store and amongst the local produce was a lot of raw vegan options. As many of you know I am not ’raw’ or ‘vegan’ but I do love my diet being mostly these things, with an exception here and there. These little macaroons were delicious after a protein-based lunch of salad with […]
by Hand Granola
So I happen to LOVE this granola. I had seen it in little places around the South Bay, and I figured I’d give it a try since it’s a local business, family run and has a cute story – the one we all want to hear. Someone just LOVES something so much (mmm granola) and wants to make a business out of it because then work is play and they feel […]

Real Food Daily happens to be one of my favorite places in the world to eat. No matter what you get there, it is ALWAYS amazing. Completely vegan, and with macrobiotic and raw options, and healthy-junk-food options, it caters to all you yogis, raw foodies, health nuts, healthphobes, and random people walking by wondering what this place is all about.
When I go, my mouth waters the […]
